ABOUT ME

Yoga Retreat

Garth Barns, Llanidloes

9th - 12th

July 2026

What if being on a yoga retreat is more than just doing yoga on holiday?

There's something magical about taking time away from the busy-ness of life to slow down, reconnect and restore. Immerse yourself in a haven where you can unplug, reconnect with nature and yourself.

On this retreat I've arranged the perfect space for you to pause, rest and reflect. The agenda has been thoughtfully designed to include plenty of time to slow down as well as engage in mindful movement.

Enjoy slow flow Yoga, meditation and Restorative Yoga, as well as Sound Baths, Breathwork and stories from Hindu mythology.

Plus, delicious home cooked meals served 3 times a day. Lovingly prepared by our chef Sarah who comes with rave reviews from previous retreats.

Do as much or as little as you want. It's your holiday to enjoy.
Enjoy slow flow yoga, meditation and Restorative Yoga, as well as Sound Baths, Breathwork and stories from Hindu mythology.

Garth Barns is surrounded by beautiful countryside, woodland dingles and babbling brooks. Come prepared for inspiration with your sketch book, journal or just a good book!

All dietary requirements can be catered for. You just let me know any when you book.

When was the last time that you had four days where you didn't have to think about shopping for food, you didn't have to plan the meal, or cook it, or even wash up afterwards!? I promise you, it's like heaven!

Insider secret: You don’t have to do all the activities. If you’re tired, sleep in. If you’d prefer a walk, head out into nature. Prefer a sauna? Go for it!

This is your holiday, I want you to find the perfect balance between doing and being.

Yes, absolutely!

It can be wonderfully freeing to attend alone. A demonstration of you doing something truly for yourself, embraced by a group of likeminded people.

Not at all. Beginners are welcome. You will just need to be confident getting up and down from the floor.

You are taking this time on retreat to do exactly as much or as little as you want to do. If you'd like to do yoga, join us! If you'd like to go for a walk, or read your book or have a swim, do that!

Everything is included in your room price, including 3 cooked meals a day, your accommodation & all the activities. The only thing not included is massages, I'm hoping to have a brilliant masseuse join us for the retreat.

Prices vary according to your room preference and range from £300 to £800. You can book individually, as a couple, or as a group of between 2 & 5 friends. It's really worth your while finding some like-minded friends who'd like to come along with you!

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. All room prices can be found here:
