Below are detailed descriptions of each room. You will be booking the exact room described. I have tried to give a range of pricing options to make the retreat as accessible as possible.
Availability ranges from £300 up to £800. You can book individually, as a couple, or as a group of between 2 & 5 friends.
Email me with your desired room name & number and we will get you booked in and retreat ready!

Hafod 2 is a cosy room with three single beds. It's located in the Hafod building which is also where the yoga studio is. Hafod has it's own kitchen with teas, coffees and snacks as well as some comfy sofas in the conservatory area with a beautiful view across courtyard towards the garden and countryside. Meals are prepared and served in Ty Nant, the building opposite.
Hafod 2 has a toilet just outside the door which it shares with H4 (a double room) upstairs. The shower is just across the courtyard with the sauna and an additional toilet. Due to this slight inconvenience I have priced the room accordingly. My hope is that the price allows you to come to the retreat when you might have otherwise been excluded; I know how expensive retreats can be!
Each bed can be booked by an individual for this room, or if you are a group of three you can book together. Please note that if you book individually you will be sharing with other friendly and like minded people who've come to enjoy the retreat.
£300 per person
Beds can be booked by individuals - this is the only room that allows that

"What an amazing retreat in a stunning location. So quiet, peaceful yet surrounded by the natural sounds of the waterfall and birds."

"I thoroughly enjoyed this retreat, thank you Gina. I think there was the perfect balance for scheduled activity and free time and I loved how you made everyone feel so comfortable."

"No favourites – all fabulous, especially where we were – couldn’t have been more perfect!"

"For me personally, your approach to yoga is perfect. I enjoyed the use of tarot cards, learning about chakras and the incorporation of Hindu mythology as well has hearing more scientific explanations behind breathwork etc without any of it being too serious or intense."
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"I end the retreat feeling that I have fulfilled many (in fact maybe all) of my intentions. I have rested, relaxed and learnt. I have particularly enjoyed the breathwork, I feel this is something that I am going to take away with me and try and incorporate into my practice. I have enjoyed all the activities including looking at tarot cards and thinking about my intentions and reflecting. I loved the venue and food as well as my massage. I would definitely like to repeat the experience."
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"I looked forward to the food every meal time – so delicious and nutritious and plenty of it too. There were endless supplies of tea and coffee to help ourselves in the common areas."
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"The retreat was fabulous – my favourite part of the retreat was the Restorative [Yoga]. This yoga experience gave me permission to relax!"
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"The venue was 5*, excellent facilities and studio."

"What a truly wonderful weekend. Gina held the retreat with a kind, open, freeing space, alongside all the restorative sessions, in a beautiful setting, with lovely folk & delicious food, and it all together created something very special and healing."
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"The spring fed lake was a great addition. I enjoyed my dip – though glad I kept my woolly hat on!"
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"…plenty of rest time if needed, yoga & breathwork that you could dip in and out of, a very relaxed atmosphere, and having Lucy [offering massage] was a bonus too!"
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"My favourite part was the food and having it all prepped and cooked for us."
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"The breathwork exercises and the sounds baths offered valuable quiet time – a chance to slow down, reflect and connect with the sole."
-Previous Retreat Attendee
"The overall feeling of the retreat was relaxed, authentic and completely wonderful. Gina is a great teacher and provides a nurturing, yet informative retreat where everyone felt welcome. More of this please!"
