In Reiki, the healer does not directly heal you, instead they create and hold space that facilitates your self healing with Reiki energy. A Reiki practitioner serves as a supportive presence, channelling universal energy to help tap into your own healing powers. This process fosters a deeply personal and empowering healing experience.
