Everyday Movement (Yoga & Pilates)

Students who come to this class usually work part time, are semi retired or retired. They enjoy walking, gardening or swimming and may have been previously quite physically active (running, Pilates, dancing).

Everyday Movement does exactly what it says on the tin. We use Yoga & Pilates to build strength and endurance in the hips, knees, feet and ankles. We flow from one pose to another to improve our balance and gain confidence in what our bodies can do.

We will work on a combination of floor based poses as well as standing. Chairs will be available throughout the class to use whenever needed.

£80 for an 8 week block running over 11 weeks

£13 for a single class

If you’re looking for a more personal and attentive yoga experience then this could be the class for you. With only six students there is a lot more opportunity for some one to one time and instruction. The setting is cosy, a home away from home, so you can feel your most comfortable.
