Yoga Foundations classes are a comprehensive introduction to the foundations of Yoga. We will work on various yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), mindfulness practices and deep relaxation exercises. I offer variations and modifications of different poses so you can find the best practice to suit you. It also means that if you have some existing yoga experience you can come along and still learn something new.
Suitable for complete beginners.
£60 for a 6 week block
£13 per class (where available)
