6-7pm
My Thursday classes work towards building fun sequences and combining breath with your movement. After working up a light sweat we will wind down into more static postures, finishing with relaxation.
£70 for a 7 week block running over 8 weeks
£13 for a single class

If you’re looking for a more personal and attentive yoga experience then this could be the class for you. With only six students there is a lot more opportunity for some one to one time and instruction. The setting is cosy, a home away from home, so you can feel your most comfortable. This class is your chance to unwind and enjoy yourself in a caring, supportive environment.
