Private yoga classes take place at the garden studio, Chamberwell Cottage, Mill Bank, Weobley HR4 8SH.
Private yoga classes are a great way for you to work on your yoga practice, outside of a typical class environment.
Reasons for wanting private classes could include:

Trying out yoga for the first time; familiarising yourself with some of the poses before joining a group class

As a thoughtful and soothing way to move your body and reconnect with it after a cancer diagnosis, during treatment & when in remission
Yoga for stretching in conjunction with weight-lifting, running, cycling etc
A treat for yourself and your body
Maybe even a hen do!
Private classes can always be one offs, please don’t feel because you would like one that you must do several!
