Join a community of fellow Endo Friends who are just looking to relax together. Whether you're a season yogi or new to nurturing your wellness, Endo Sundays are designed to leave you feeling soft, held and deeply rested.
Our gatherings are currently free to attend while we build our community and find our feet. From June there will be a £6 fee so that I'm able to continue offering these gatherings and also send out recordings afterwards - perfect if you miss the live session!
Each gathering will start with pranayama (breath expansion), followed by a slow, gentle yoga practice and finishing with an optional chat about your practice.
