There's something magical about taking time away from the busy-ness of life to slow down, reconnect and restore. Immerse yourself in a haven where you can unplug, reconnect with nature and yourself.
On this retreat I've arranged the perfect space for you to pause, rest and reflect.
The agenda has been thoughtfully designed to include plenty of time to slow down as well as engage in mindful movement.
Enjoy slow flow yoga, meditation and Restorative Yoga, as well as Sound Baths, Breathwork and stories from Hindu mythology.
Garth Barns is surrounded by beautiful countryside, woodland dingles and babbling brooks. Come prepared for inspiration with your sketch book, journal or just a good book!
Beginners are welcome. You will just need to be confident getting up and down from the floor. For those who would like it there will be an optional strong flow class / pose workshop on the Saturday.
