Join us for an 8 week Pilates Fundamentals Course. Beginners and Improvers very welcome.
We will focus on developing core and limb strength alongside improved balance and stability. Pilates provides simple but effective exercises to enhance your health and wellbeing whilst improving your posture and body awareness.
£80 for an 8 week bock.

If you’re looking for a more personal and attentive Pilates experience then this could be the class for you. With only six students there is a lot more opportunity for some one to one time and instruction. The setting is cosy, a home away from home, so you can feel your most comfortable. This class is your chance to unwind and enjoy yourself in a caring, supportive environment.
