6-7.15pm
My Monday classes work towards building fun sequences and combining breath with your movement. The longer class time allows for more time spent on fundamentals of the yoga poses, some breathwork (pranayama) and a longer savasana (relaxation) at the end.
£100 for an 8 week block

If you’re looking for a more personal and attentive yoga experience then this could be the class for you. With only six students there is a lot more opportunity for some one to one time and instruction. The setting is cosy, a home away from home, so you can feel your most comfortable. This class is your chance to unwind and enjoy yourself in a caring, supportive environment.
