Restorative yoga uses bolsters, blankets, blocks & more to support you in total comfort. Poses require little to no effort and the idea is that you are as comfortable as you can possibly be. By bringing stillness to our bodies, we look to bring calm to our minds.
Come along to relax and have some time for yourself. Restorative Yoga is not sleeping, but it’s close!
Restorative Yoga can be a great practice for chronic illness & short or long term injuries. Typically, Restorative Yoga takes place on the floor, but if you are unable to sit or lie on the floor send me a message and we can discuss how I can make the class accessible for you.
You might like to bring an eye pillow if you have one, otherwise I have everything you should need!
Suitable for all levels, including beginner.
£70 for a 7 week block which runs over 8 weeks
